Throughout the Amzpecty mobile app, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Amzpecty. By downloading, installing, and using the Amzpecty mobile app, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service" or "Terms"), including any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein.

Acceptance: Your use of the Amzpecty mobile app constitutes your agreement to be bound by these   Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should refrain from using the app.

Responsibility and Compliance: Users must not use the Amzpecty mobile app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose and must comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to copyright laws.

Age Representation: By agreeing to these Terms of Service, users represent that they are at least the age of 18.

Account and Security: Certain features of the app may require account creation. Users agree to provide accurate information during the registratÏion process and are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials

FREE TRIAL - 250 Free Credits

Amzpecty is pleased to offer a 250 free credits to all new subscribers. 

The 250 free credits comes with no associated costs. 

After using and exhausting the free credits, user will have the option to top-up for additional credits. This feature allows users to scan more  and further explore available markets.

Designed to provide users with a comprehensive insight into our services, this trial encourages exploration of the full spectrum of features available. For any inquiries or assistance, our support team is at your disposal.

NO SUBSCRIPTION FEE REQUIRED

Amzpecty Mobile does not require a recurring monthly subscription fee. You can try using the app with the 250 free credits included during signup. After which, the user will have the option to top-up credits to use Amzpecty Mobile after the free credits are used.

• Top-Up Options - For users seeking additional credits, Amzpecty Mobile offers convenient top-up options. Users can choose from credit bundles ranging from 250 credits, 600 credits, 1,500 credits, 4,000 credits, 10,000 credits, to 30,000 credits. • Forfeiture of Unused  Credits: Unused credits will be forfeited if unused after 1 year.
• Mobile Credits deduction: For quick search match asin (1 deduction), Check seller quantity (1 deduction), estimate profit scan (1 deduction), product variation (depends how many variants). These are the only actions that deduct credits.
  

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Amzpecty Mobile only accepts payments through Google Play and Apple App Store.

REFUND

Amzpecty does not offer refunds. All payments are final and non-refundable REGARDLESS OF THE SITUATION INCLUDING TERMINATION OF SERVICE.

FAIR USE

Abuse or excessively frequent requests to Amzpecty Mobile may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of your account’s access to Amzpecty Mobile. Amzpecty Mobile, in its sole discretion, will determine abuse or excessive usage of Amzpecty Mobile. 

TERMINATION OF SERVICE

Amzpecty reserves the right to modify or terminate the Amzpecty Service or your Account for any reason, with or without notice at any time.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Amzpecty Mobile reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service, with or without notice.

Term agreements may be amended no later than 30 days before the next billing date. Service modification charges may apply.

Your submission of personal information through the site is governed by our Privacy Policy.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

The Amzpecty Mobile application ("Mobile App") is provided on an "as is" and "with all faults" basis, without any warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. Amzpecty Mobile disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Amzpecty Mobile makes no warranty that the Mobile App is free of defects or suitable for any particular purpose. In no event shall Amzpecty Mobile be held responsible for any loss or damages arising from the download, installation, subscription, or use of the Mobile App. This includes, but is not limited to, any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any character, such as damages for loss of data, revenue, goodwill, work stoppage, or any other commercial damages or losses.

Users acknowledge that the entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Mobile App is borne by the user. In the event that the Mobile App proves defective, users assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair, or correction.

It is important to note that any data, information, or functionality provided by the Mobile App should be considered as "estimated" and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. The Mobile App is designed for general informational purposes only and should not be utilized as the sole deciding factor in making any decisions based on the data or information provided.

By downloading, installing, subscribing to, or using the Mobile App, users acknowledge and accept these disclaimers and limitations of liability.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event, unless required by applicable law or agreed to in writing, will Amzpecty Mobile be liable for personal injury or any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Mobile App, however caused, regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, or otherwise), and even if Amzpecty Mobile has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for personal injury or of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you. In no event shall Amzpecty Mobile ’s total liability to you for all damages (other than as may be required by applicable law in cases involving personal injury) exceed the amount paid by you for the Mobile App or service.

For users with top-up credits, the total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the top-up.

By using the Amzpecty Mobile App, you acknowledge and agree to these limitations of liability.
